What is Emiri?
Emiri is Circana’s conversational AI that uses voice or text to generate automated insights and analysis.
How do I access Emiri?
Emiri is available in the Digital Teammates Panel in Unify+™. Content must be open for the Emiri pane to appear.
How do I know what the measures I am using mean?
Emiri will tell you. Just type in, “What does mean?” Emiri will then define that measure. For example, you can ask, “What does ACV Weighted Distribution mean?” Emiri will give you the definition.
Can I ask questions that use Custom Aggregates and Saved Selections in Emiri?
Yes, you can. As long as you have access to those objects, you can ask questions based on custom objects.
Can I take an analysis I have created using Emiri and save it for future use?
Yes, there is an option to add your results to a report or story.
How do I ask Emiri a question?
Ask a question in Emiri using natural language. You can either type or talk in the Emiri pane to ask a question. For example, you can ask, “How did ice cream sell in Total US?” Emiri will answer your question faster than you could pull the data yourself.
Will Emiri know if I am asking a POS- or Panel-based request if I have access to both?
Based on the type of question asked, Emiri will determine where to pull the data from. If you ask a Panel-based question, Emiri will know to pull data from the Panel model.
Is there training documentation for Emiri?
You can find Emiri Training in Circana University.
Can the Chart Type be changed once a question has been asked?
Yes, type in “Show” and the chart type, or choose Chart Type in the drop-down menu.
Can the layout be changed once a question is asked?
Yes, type “Swap” and select the measures, or choose Layout and swap the measures there.
Will Emiri work with any Circana model?
Emiri currently works with POS and Panel. Other data types are coming soon.
