Circana Code of Conduct
Circana’s Code of Conduct applies to everyone associated with the company, including directors, officers, employees, and agents, globally. While the Code provides a guideline, it doesn’t encompass every ethical situation. It’s essential to always act ethically, respect all laws and regulations, and exhibit good judgment, reflecting our company values. Training sessions on the Code will be provided periodically. For the latest version, refer to the Company’s website under the Governance section. If you have questions or need clarification about the Code, reach out to Human Resources or email General.Counsel@circana.com.
