Circana Code of Conduct

Circana’s Code of Conduct applies to everyone associated with the company, including directors, officers, employees, and agents, globally. While the Code provides a guideline, it doesn’t encompass every ethical situation. It’s essential to always act ethically, respect all laws and regulations, and exhibit good judgment, reflecting our company values. Training sessions on the Code will be provided periodically. Terms of Use

Circana, Inc, its subsidiary, or affiliate (“Circana”) grants you access to its software or services (“Services”) under the terms of a Master Services Agreement or License Agreement with you or your company (“Agreement”). By using the Services, you confirm you’ve read, understood, and agree to the Agreement. Unless specified in the Agreement, you can’t modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or misuse the Services, nor can you use them to infringe upon Circana’s intellectual property or send harmful content. By using the Services, you also consent to Circana’s Global Commercial Privacy Policy and Notice, detailing how your information is managed. The policy was last updated on 7th March 2023.

Modern Slavery Statement

The Circana Modern Slavery Statement, approved by the Board of Directors and in compliance with the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015 and the Australian Modern Slavery Act 2018, addresses modern slavery risks in Circana Group’s business and supply chains for the financial year ending 31 December 2022. During this period, Information Resources Inc (IRI) merged with the NPD Group, forming Circana, a leading global technology, analytics, and data provider headquartered in Chicago. Specializing in understanding consumer behavior, Circana aids about 7,000 major brands and retailers, operating in 22 jurisdictions with 7,800 employees globally. The group deals with approximately 1,500 active suppliers, ranging from individual contractors to large corporations, managed at both global and local levels.
