Circana Gives Back

Social responsibility is the heart of our global organization.

We believe people are stronger together than as individuals. We’re passionate about supporting humane causes and promoting a positive social impact. We’ve partnered with wonderful organizations and look forward to volunteering with new ones in the future.

Circana Community Global Council

The Circana Community (C2) Global Council is an employee-led group that fosters culture and a sense of belonging by uniting employees through service around the world.

C2 is a cornerstone of our global organization, creating opportunities for us to positively impact our local communities across all the locations where employees are present.

Event Highlights 2023

In honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, Circana’s footwear and accessories team partnered with the Fashion Footwear Charitable Foundation for its five-day Shoes for a Cure charity event to support breast cancer research.

Circana partnered with Love The Hair You Wear at North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University, one of the largest historically black colleges and universities. The event connected us with people who can diversify the pool of candidates for internships and open roles, and we awarded a scholarship to a promising student to support her academic efforts.

Circana’s South African business launched its RISE Graduate Growth Programme. Thanks to our partnership with the Dell Young Leaders Foundation, we empowered four RISE graduates to successfully begin a meaningful career.

To help the Somaschi Foundation support the most vulnerable groups and Pane Quotidiano secure essential food for those in need, Circana’s Italy team spent a day at the farm picking fruits and vegetables. We also helped with meal preparation and distribution.

Circana’s colleagues in India took part in a Circana Week of Caring. Throughout the week, we were involved in several initiatives to help improve the lives of people in local communities.

Circana’s Athlone, Ireland team volunteered to walk dogs at the ISPCA, an organization rehabilitating up to 50 dogs and 50 cats at any time, as well as caring for donkeys, horses, and chickens.
