What are the eligibility requirements for this program?
Each program has an established sales threshold that determines qualification, based on your most recent 52-week sales with the retailer. The program is available to suppliers whose annual sales are above zero and below the retailer’s eligibility threshold.
What happens if my business grows beyond the threshold?
If your sales exceed the program limits, at the end of your term you’ll be transitioned to a more advanced solution that better aligns with your expanded data needs. If you need deeper insights, broader data coverage, or advanced features, you can also upgrade at any point during your term.
What insights are available in the program?
Content varies slightly by retailer but is built from best practice reporting designed to answer the most common questions that emerging suppliers face with the retailer.
How many users can access the program?
One to three viewer licenses are included depending on the retailer.
What support is available once I have access?
On‑demand training modules and guidance materials are available to help you get started and stay updated. You’ll have a combination of automated help (for common tasks) and centralized support (for more complex questions).
How is my price decided?
Pricing is determined solely by your most recent 52-week sales with the retailer. Pricing is nonnegotiable.
What is the contract term?
Contracts follow a standard one-year term with annual auto-renewal. Toward the end of your term, you will be contacted with your renewal details which will depend on your most recent 52-week sales with the retailer. If you wish to cancel, you must contact us 60 days before the end of your term.
