The Objective
A breakfast cereal brand wanted to unlock incremental sales for their brand, and increase their share over their key competitor in the category

Methodology
Circana Proscores™ is the next generation of geotargeting in EMEA, are
based on POS SKU level data and provide indices built and reported at postcode level to help brand’s identify high value opportunity shoppers and decide where to invest.
A breakfast cereal brand used Circana Proscores data identify areas of the UK where the competitor brand had the greatest opportunity, allowing the cereal brand to run conquesting activity in those areas. Circana then provided measurement for the campaign.
The Results
The campaign delivered a positive uplift and strong return on the investment for the total brand, outperforming Circana benchmarks for the category. The breakfast cereal brand acquired new buyers from the target competitor during the campaign.
