Partnering to Champion Inclusivity
One of our seven core behaviors at Circana is to Champion Inclusivity. We do this through employee-led groups in multiple countries, at different leadership and influence levels, and across functions. Together, we identify opportunities to advance our culture and address employee and community needs. Here are just a few examples:

Allyship in the workplace
Most of us want to be allies but don’t know how. Our Allyship in the Workplace program bridges that gap. This interactive training program explores what allyship is and why it matters through workshops, learning modules, and small-group follow-up sessions.
RISE Graduate Growth Programme
In partnership with Dell Young Leaders, Circana colleagues in South Africa equip graduates with knowledge, time, and practical exposure to the work we do. It’s a safe, structured, and supported introduction to the world of work. A rich source of talent for our future, this program aims to empower first-generation university students from low-income backgrounds to overcome barriers and become leaders in their communities and careers.

Women in Leadership
For the past five years, we have welcomed new cohorts of mid-level and senior-level leaders in our APAC Women in Leadership Program. It supports women’s career development, leverages the company’s diverse workforce, and creates a safe, and barrier-free environment for women to be themselves and achieve their professional objectives.

Community Initiatives

DAP
Our Diversity Advantage Program (DAP) supports diverse supplier ecosystems and helps level the playing field for minority- and women-owned small CPG businesses to grow.

Generating Genius
We open our workplace to young individuals through Generating Genius. This program shows what it’s like to work in data insights and analytics. It inspires young people to work in the field and creates more diversity in the industry.

Diverse Scholars
This program launched in 2021, in partnership with the University of Illinois Chicago (UIC), Saint John’s University, Clark Atlanta University, and Morehouse College. . It offers select students ongoing mentorship and instruction by Circana professionals. Participants gain real-world market research experience, helping to develop a pipeline of diverse talent for the future.

Advancing Gender Equity
Our collaboration with the Association of National Advertisers (ANA) and its SeeHer movement supports increasing the accurate portrayals of women and girls in marketing, advertising, media, and entertainment. In partnership with ANA SeeHer, we analyze layers of shopper, panel, and store sales data, along with viewership data, to learn the sales impact of Gender Equality Measure (GEM)-scored ad campaigns.
