Chief Legal Officer
Hannah Kim

Hannah Kim is Circana’s chief legal officer, overseeing all global corporate legal, compliance, and privacy functions for the company. She joined Circana in January 2024.

Kim has strong expertise in global legal, government relations, regulatory compliance, risk management, corporate compliance, and ethics. Previously, Kim served as chief legal officer and corporate secretary for Nieman Marcus Group. Prior to that, she was chief legal officer, chief compliance officer, and corporate secretary for Energizer Holdings, Inc. Kim has also served in a number of senior legal roles at Bank of America and Lowe’s Companies, Inc. She began her legal career in private practice at Alston & Bird LLP and Parker Poe Adams and Bernstein LLP.

Kim received her Doctor of Law and Bachelor of Science degree in business administration from the University of Tennessee.

Kim currently resides in St. Louis, Missouri with her husband and four children. She currently serves on the board of directors for the Clayton Community Foundation.
