The Objective
A leading personal care brand wanted to optimize sales and reduce excess inventory for its holiday gift packs since they are not replenished during the postseason.

The Solution
By improving the accuracy of seasonal gift pack forecasting, the personal care brand worked with a retailer to optimize seasonal sales. Using Circana’s data at the store, item, and day level, the brand analyzed last season’s performance and missed sales from out-of-stocks.
The Results
