Holly Knightly

Holly Knightly became Chief Financial Officer for Circana in August 2024. Previously she was Executive Vice President, Global Finance and Transformation, at Circana.

Knightly has been a senior member of Circana’s finance organization since joining the firm in 2020. During her tenure, she has spearheaded several transformational initiatives across finance and the broader Circana organization. Prior to Circana, Knightly held positions within the finance organizations at Procter & Gamble, General Electric, and James Hardie Building Products, progressing in responsibility across planning and analysis, internal controls, accounting, and transformation.

Knightly earned her MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and her Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Miami University.
