CHICAGO – June 28, 2021 – IRI®, a fast-growing, innovative, global provider of technology, data and predictive analytics for the consumer, retail and media sectors, today announced that Cecilia Ogude, former Firmwide Diversity and Inclusion Program Lead at JPMorgan Chase & Co., has joined IRI as senior vice president of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion.

“We are excited to welcome Cecilia to lead IRI’s diversity, equity and inclusion efforts,” said Evan Swidler, chief human resources officer, IRI. “Cecilia’s track record of success implementing effective DEI programs makes her an excellent fit for IRI as we continue to foster a workforce culture that is reflective of our values and communities around the globe, supports our belief that everyone should be able to bring their whole selves to work, and drives growth for our company and our valued clients worldwide.”

Ogude will partner with IRI leadership across the global organization to facilitate the development, implementation and continuous evolution of IRI’s DEI strategy, initiatives, programs, tools and resources – building on the successful programs and efforts already established and advancing new ones.

Ogude added, “I am thrilled to join IRI and am eager to work with Evan and the leadership team to build on IRI’s foundation as a friendly and inclusive place to work, where all contributions are welcomed, and where our differences are celebrated. While much progress has been made, we will continue to advance lasting and impactful diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives across the company.”

At JPMorgan Chase Co., Ogude supported the development and execution of its global diversity, equity and inclusion programs and strategy to increase representation among underrepresented groups – and equally, drive an intersectional and inclusive experience for employees and senior leaders. She also oversaw the global employee resources groups, partnered with the firm’s HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) and senior stakeholders, and served as a strategic advisor to the firmwide senior executive forums and councils. Previously, Ogude drove global HR Technology efforts for Dentsu Aegis Network and started her career in management consulting with Accenture and McKinsey & Co.

Ogude holds a dual degree in mathematics from New York University and electrical engineering from the Stevens Institute of Technology, New Jersey.
