With more than 20 years of experience in consumer insights and analytics, Crouse is recognized for transforming complex marketplace signals into clear, actionable strategies that accelerate growth and elevate commercial decision-making.

Crouse was named a 2023 Progressive Grocer Top Woman in Grocery – Senior-Level Executive and contributes her industry expertise as part of Western Michigan University’s Food Marketing Advisory Board. She is also the cofounder and longtime cochair of the Parkville Microbrew Festival, a nonprofit event that has grown into one of Missouri’s largest and most enduring beer festivals, now entering its third decade of community impact.
